Concurrently he must shore up the US Empire to appear the unquestionable hegemon in the western hemisphere. Thus he is asserting the Monroe Doctrine and making territorial claims on Greenland, Canada and the Panama Canal. I for one am reserved about Trump's ultimate course of action. Time will tell.
I agree with you about the Ukraine. The Democrats really have created a disaster, although fixing it is not gonna be as easy as Trump seems to think. But I don't agree about the Middle East since Trump is every bit as bellicose, imperialistic, and anti-Palestinian as the Dems, if not more so.
